Community-wide Trail Feasibility Study and Master Plan for Upper Uwchlan Township.

The Trail Feasibility Study assessed resident demand and the possibility of physical construction of a Township-wide pedestrian and bicycle trail system. Public workshops were held to gather information regarding types of trail facilities and key destinations desired by residents.  The Trail Feasibility Study analyzed potential trail alignments throughout the Township to determine the best routes for multi-use trails, paths, bicycle lanes and signed bicycle routes.

The Trail Master Plan determined the appropriate design for each type of trail facility, including surface type, width, and areas that would require special engineering, and right-of-way needs.
